Silicone coating operation:
1. Before mixing: Mix components A and B thoroughly in their respective containers.
2. When mixing: observe the weight ratio of component A: component B = 10:1, and stir evenly.
3. Bubbling: After mixing the rubber, vacuum defoaming should be done for 3-5 minutes.
4. Glue filling: the mixed rubber should be poured into the product as soon as possible to avoid thickening and poor fluidity.
5. Curing: It can be cured by heating at room temperature. The higher the temperature, the faster the cure.
